Cancellation & Refunds Policy

1. Registration Fee

• All registrations require the payment of a program fee as mentioned at the time of enrollment.
• This fee secures your spot in the selected cohort.

2. Cancellations by Participant

• If you wish to cancel your registration, you must inform us via email at contact@zenawn.xyz before the program start date.
• Once the program has commenced, no cancellations will be accepted.

3. Refunds Policy

• Refund requests made within 7 days of registration and before the cohort start date will be eligible for a refund.
• No refunds will be provided once the cohort has started, regardless of participation status.
• Failure to attend or participate in the program does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Program Changes & Cancellations by Zenawn

Zenawn reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or technical issues).

In such cases, participants will either:

• Be offered a transfer to the next available cohort, or
• Receive a full refund of the fees paid.

5. Campus Ambassador Waivers

If you have opted for the Campus Ambassador Program, your internship fee might be waived based on eligibility and performance.

6. Non-Transferability

Program registrations are strictly non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrollment to another individual or future batch without Zenawn’s approval.
